I purchased this knife before Christmas, and as someone in the military, it has seen heavy, real- world use almost immediately. I’ve carried it extensively in the field and at the range, using it for everything from cutting paracord and webbing, prepping gear, and opening crates, to clearing brush, notching stakes and general camp tasks. At the range it’s been used for target setup and other constant utility work. Despite the hard use, the GP2 has held up extremely well-the edge retention has been impressive, the handle remains comfortable during extended use, and the knife inspires confidence as a dependable tool rather than a safe-queen blade. Based on my experience with the GP2, I plan to purchase the Bravo 5 next as my everyday carry.
