Since 1983, the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team has answered to a single creed—Servare Vitas, “to save lives.” When the situation is at its worst, HRT operators are the ones who go in. The Hostage Rescue Team Association, in partnership with Stroup Knives, honors that legacy with a handcrafted blade carried by the teammates who earn it—and a civilian-accessible edition that helps fund support for HRT operators and their families. Only verified HRT members may receive the issued knife, while the Heritage Edition (coming soon) to all who want to stand behind those who save lives.
